About The Position

This role combines software development and applications support responsibilities. The primary focus is assisting the CCHL Applications Project Manager with customizations to ICE Mortgage’s Encompass, supporting automation workflows, and troubleshooting failures. The position also involves developing and maintaining integrations between internal systems and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth data movement and operational efficiency. Develops, reviews, and recommends objectives, policies, and procedures to support assigned systems efficiently. Provides continuous technical support for various in-house and/or outsourced applications, ensuring optimal functionality and client satisfaction. Committed to excellence in project execution by delivering timely, high-quality outcomes and responsive end-user support. Key positions within the organization that manage, oversee, mitigate risk, or have direct oversight of associates who perform these duties may need a certain level of training and/or certification to ensure the Bank is adhering to the best and most current information security practices. Requirements

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and applications support principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and ETL processes.
Knowledge of SQL and data migration tools.
Ability to troubleshoot automation workflows and resolve integration issues.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of relevant work experience in software development and/or applications support.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ICE Mortgage Encompass customization and mortgage industry workflows (preferred).

Responsibilities

Customize and configure ICE Mortgage Encompass to meet business requirements.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automation processes across applications.
Investigate and resolve automation failures promptly to minimize downtime.
Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions and integrations.
Manage data transfer processes between internal systems and external vendors using APIs, ETL tools, or custom scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Document all workflows
Provide support to the IT Helpdesk and internal clients as needed
