The target salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $82,397.00/year, based on experience and education. DOTI’s Solid Waste Management Team is currently hiring an Application Support Administrator. Specifically you will Systems Administration: Independently work with project stakeholders to identify, document, and validate system architecture, requirements, and project goals Data Management & Analysis: Manage data, such as customer and logistical data, in SalesForce, Zuora, Routeware, and newly implemented software applications. Perform routine data audits to ensure customer data is accurate and secure. Standard and Process Development: Develop and implement standards, best practices, and methodologies for application and website utilization, business process improvements, data management, application interfaces, and reporting. Document procedures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and methodologies related to application systems Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with the Solid Waste Operations and Customer Care teams, Performance Team and Technology Services to ensure data accuracy and efficiency Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine established processes and standards within the DOTI Solid Waste team to adapt to new technology, business needs, and industry best practices, identify and address inefficiencies. Foster a culture of continuous process improvement. Issue Identification & Reporting: Identifie, document, and report potential issues related to application interfaces, data import/export processes such as duplicative data, billing and inventory accuracy, routing accuracy and other system functionalities Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analysis and insights to inform decision-making processes that support and enhance our customer support systems to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure actions are based on accurate, objective data rather than assumptions. Apply data to identify trends, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement across projects and initiative to all City and County Solid Waste residents. Applications and Software: Assist/Manage DOTI-specific software and system data analysis reporting. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or a directly related field
• Two (2) years of Information Technology experience maintaining, implementing, and modifying off the shelf application software.
• One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education.
• Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience and knowledge in applications/software administration, website development and design.
• GIS application and mapping
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, Zuora, and Routeware, website development and design.
• Track record of successfully implementing new systems or applications within large, complex business units
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and devise well-reasoned solutions
• Effective communication skills to relay complex technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of expertise
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex problems

Responsibilities
