About The Position

At McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, our technology support is bigger than you can imagine. You wouldn’t believe it, but it also helps with healing, recovery, and access to care across our communities that need it most. We are seeking an Applications & IT Support Specialist who is ready to be the go-to problem solver, supporting our teams and helping to keep critical systems operating smoothly.

Requirements

• Do you enjoy solving problems and being the go-to person when technology isn’t working or gets a little confusing?
• Have you been working in the IT world for at least 1–3 years and are now looking for something similar but more meaningful?
• Are you comfortable supporting multiple systems, learning new tools, and working in a fast-paced environment where things can change day to day?
• Do you have strong technical support skills and the ability to communicate clearly even with those who aren’t very tech savvy?

Nice To Haves

• experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, and maybe even some knowledge on healthcare or EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Responding to help desk requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for applications, systems, and end users
• Troubleshooting issues across business systems and EMR platforms
• Tracking, documenting, and resolving support tickets efficiently
• Supporting onboarding/offboarding (system access, workstation setup)
• Assisting with system upgrades, integrations, and workflow improvements
• Partnering with IT leadership and vendors to resolve technical issues
• Traveling between locations to provide hands-on support when needed
