  • Contribute to improving clarity, repeatability, and organization of estimating resources.
  • Review current A&E workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and standardization.
  • Document existing processes, tools, templates, and best practices used across the A&E team.
  • Support development or refinement of standard work, checklists, templates, and guidelines.
  • Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives involving engineering, sales, and operations.
  • Develop or update standard templates, checklists, or work instructions for A&E activities.
  • Complete one or more defined process improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Support at least one proposal or estimating effort through internal review.
  • Deliver a final presentation summarizing findings, improvements implemented, and recommendations for future enhancement.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, strong organization, and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively across engineering, sales, and operations teams.
  • Accept and apply feedback constructively to improve performance and deliverables.

Benefits
