Work with computer platforms in a data center environment, seeking out different failure mechanisms, predictability, and their effect on the overall system environment. Support system-level DRAM validation, system characterization, failure analysis in the Cloud space, and analysis of different DRAM architectures to improve correctability. Run and configure diagnostic software, system debugging, craft experiments, analyze and interpret data, craft custom tools, and communicate data to both internal and external customers. Provide technical expertise and value to customers who integrate firms' products with their own. Interpretate designs, applications, and service information. Interact with sales team, manufacturing, and marketing personnel. Gather information concerning the capabilities of company products. Assist in technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer training. Work through all phases of customer interaction including customer analysis, design implementation and product manufacturing. Represent customers' interests at technical meetings within the company.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.

Requirements

• Python and C/C++
• UNIX/ Linux operating system
• Data centers, memory product engineering, system compatibility, or semiconductor knowledge
• Ansible and Jenkins
• Computer Architecture
