About The Position

An Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer is required to join a well-established and growing provider of industrial filtration solutions. The role will support technical sales and customer applications across oil & gas, manufacturing, and wider process industries. The Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer / Technical Support Engineer will ideally have an engineering degree or hands-on mechanical experience. Experience in preparing proposals and ensuring the successful delivery of engineered solutions.

Requirements

BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related) or equivalent technical background.
1–3 years’ experience in an engineering, applications, or technical support role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
Must be commutable within Pennsylvania

Nice To Haves

Background in industrial filtration, oil & gas, process systems, or mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess customer application needs and recommend tailored filtration and process solutions.
Provide technical support to field sales representatives and prepare accurate technical proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure product selection, documentation, and project execution meet client requirements.
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for customer applications.
Assist in developing technical content for training and marketing purposes.
Maintain strong knowledge of industrial filtration principles, industry regulations, and new technologies.
