About The Position

This role is the primary technical expert for the enterprise timekeeping and scheduling system, responsible for managing data configurations, and ensuring compliance with pay policies in coordination with HR and Payroll. Essential functions include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, generating compliance reports, managing user permissions, and conducting monthly end-user training. Additionally, this role supports system upgrades, maintains detailed documentation of configurations and procedures, and handles miscellaneous operational tasks such as help desk tickets, year-end processes, and intranet updates. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a Health Care related field
  • Strong skills in auditing data integrity and generating reports
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both IT teams and stakeholders in departments across the organization
  • Proven experience in configuring time and attendance software (e.g., Pay rules, overtime rules, scheduling, shift patterns)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing staffing practices, patient care needs, and workforce automation within a healthcare setting
