Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business application design, development, or implementation, or significant healthcare applications experience.
  • Epic PB Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of assigned business area products and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with technical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with a record of delivering complex technical solutions.
  • Understanding of project management concepts and experience executing projects from vision to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical liaison, translating business needs into technology solutions and advising on system functionality, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements.
  • Analyze, design, and optimize business applications to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Maintain credibility and strong working relationships with both business and IT teams, ensuring alignment of goals.
  • Serve as an internal consultant on complex projects, providing technical guidance and business process expertise.
  • Lead or support strategic projects, including process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
  • Document requirements, technical plans, and project deliverables while communicating complex concepts in accessible terms.
  • Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of technology solutions.
