About The Position

We are hiring an Application Support Engineer to support enterprise .NET-based automation applications used for M365 and email services. This role focuses on incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation support in a Windows and Azure environment.
This is a production support role, not a development or DevOps position.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot .NET automation applications
• Handle incidents and service requests using Remedy
• Perform daily health checks and system housekeeping
• Support applications running on Windows servers and Azure
• Write and maintain basic PowerShell, Java, and .NET scripts
• Work with database, network, and infrastructure teams during incidents
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures
