About The Position

This role will provide application support to our identifying, responding to, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the applications and services, ensuring optimal performance and satisfactions for users and drivers. Reporting to the local technical team leader, you will collaborate closely with the local engineering and operations teams, as well as HQ engineering teams, to provide support, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the enhancements that drive the overall success of products. Additionally, you'll provide hands-on technical support during and after rollout, help localize and adapt systems, to support regional operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in software engineering or technical operations
  • Generalist with the ability to work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
  • Preferred experience in database (mysql) administration
  • Demonstrated integrity and accountability in managing sensitive data and operational risks
  • Experience in operational support, especially during launch periods
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics platforms
  • Mandarin proficiency, as many support tickets and end users communicate in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-to-end lalamove application, backend systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Coordinate closely with local and HQ engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across frontend and backend stacks
  • Customize tech tools for local data compliance and optimize workflows
  • Handle issues involving sensitive data with highest level of integrity
  • Engage in ongoing compliance improvements and actively participate in privacy discussions
  • Engage in post-launch operational support, including monitoring, alerting, debugging
