What You Get to Do: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing and resolving customer support tickets within Salesforce, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers. You will work cross-functionally with other teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. SQL knowledge is preferred to help analyze and resolve technical queries. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and some technical background.
