The Application Support and Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing support and maintenance direct report / FTE team members on day-to-day support and long-term maintenance and SRE activities and processes for trade/order entry applications that are part of a critical business service. The role will work closely with similar support and maintenance managers and team leads to develop and follow best practices, and ensure departmental objectives are met.
