APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST 9-12 Month contract starting late January The Application Support Analyst will be processing Supplier Portal access requests for external users. The portal is for suppliers to communicate with our client. This process will ultimately be automated, and the Analyst will be responsible for and involved with the testing of Supplier Portal access process as it is being automated. The Analyst will make sure situations they have supported have been tested, covered, and know how system will handle it according to the manual process they used. Additionally, they will be assisting with other access as needed. Examples: • Get ticket for new user and add access if needed • Check if supplier has access if they are a client supplier. • Resolve tickets where users have multiple ID’s and merge to one account. They have both Client suppliers (ie. They have an ID for SAP system and different ID for Active Directory). Pull lists to figure out duplicates to know what to clean up related to multiple IDs. They will look in Active Directory for user IDs. (A/D not a must). This is not simply a data entry person as they will need someone who can help come up with test case scenarios and make sure things are documented properly. Someone with good process knowledge will be able to write up scenarios. They want to ensure things are covered when the bot does it in the future.
