Role Purpose Applications Delivery and Growth Lead is responsible for driving application-led growth within a strategic airline account by deeply engaging with customer stakeholders, identifying transformation and modernization opportunities, and positively influencing the customer’s perception of DXC’s application and digital capabilities. This role combines strong airline domain acumen with technical depth to translate business priorities into scalable growth opportunities for DXC.

Requirements

  • 11+ years airline industry experience with hands-on understanding of core airline business processes and systems.
  • 11+ years technical background in application development, modernization, integration, cloud, and digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing growth, consulting, or solution leadership roles.
  • Ability to influence senior customer stakeholders through value-based conversations.
  • Strong collaboration, storytelling, and executive communication skills.
  • 11+ years Project Management skills

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or ScrumMaster certification preferred
  • Technical background on Java and Analytics will be a great advantage to help do screening of profiles

Responsibilities

  • Growth & Opportunity Development Identify, shape, and qualify application modernization, transformation, and run-growth opportunities aligned to customer business outcomes.
  • Partner with the ACP and Delivery Leads to build a strong growth pipeline and support account-level growth targets.
  • Lead opportunity discovery workshops, value articulation, and early solution shaping for application-led initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into qualified deals.
  • Airline Domain & Technical Leadership 11+ years strong airline industry knowledge (e.g., passenger services, revenue management, operations, NDC/distribution, loyalty, digital channels) to contextualize DXC solutions.
  • Bridge business and technology by translating airline business needs into application, architecture, and modernization strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership on topics such as legacy modernization, cloud-native apps, data-driven personalization, and operational resilience in airlines.
  • Technical background on Java and Analytics will be a great advantage to help do screening of profiles Account & Internal Collaboration Collaborate with DXC delivery leaders to ensure credibility, continuity, and alignment between growth pursuits and delivery capabilities.
  • Influence internal teams to align solutions with customer-specific constraints, architecture, and operating models.
  • Support account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive-level discussions with a growth and innovation lens.
