The role focuses on designing, governing, and continuously improving operational processes such as incident, problem, change, and release management. This ensures: Standardization and compliance with ITIL and ISO frameworks. Integration of DevSecOps principles into operational workflows for secure and efficient deployments. Reduction of operational risk through structured governance and audit readiness. Improved SLA adherence and faster incident resolution through optimized processes. Enhanced audit readiness for ISO/ITIL compliance, reducing regulatory risk. Stakeholder confidence via transparent reporting and structured change governance.
