About The Position
We’re looking for a talented Application Engineer to join a respected Building Automation and HVACcontrols provider supporting mission-critical facilities such as hospitals, data centers, and institutionalcampuses. This role is ideal for a technically driven controls professional who enjoys a blend of programming,design, and client interaction. Based in Charlotte, NC , you will support regional projects and work closely with internal teams,contractors, and end users. Requirements
- 5+ years programming and developing BAS applications
- Niagara N4 Certification is required
- Proficient with JCI Facility Explorer, Tridium, and/or Metasys
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support technical project execution
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on field commissioning experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop BAS system architecture, control strategies, and sequences of operation
- Program, revise, and deploy BAS applications including Tridium graphical interfaces
- Perform job walks, scope reviews, and client coordination meetings
- Create detailed submittals, drawings, and project documentation
- Support installation teams and execute point-to-point commissioning
- Troubleshoot system issues both remotely and on-site
- Collaborate with owners, contractors, and internal engineering teams
