Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience developing, programming, and supporting C#, .NET, and web‑based application solutions at the system level.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ports, and multi‑layer data communications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Java, and scripting languages such as Python, Postman and PowerShell.
  • Experience addressing security, vulnerability, and cybersecurity issues in software and hardware solutions.
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement software and hardware solutions to address customer needs at the system level.
  • Analyze customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives to propose effective solutions.
  • Design, build, and customize product applications, configurations, and solution packages with detailed integration of all components. ( software, hardware )
  • Test, troubleshoot, and document deployment, configuration, usage, and support procedures; provide end‑user training when necessary.
  • Deliver technical support by diagnosing and resolving customer‑reported issues.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen) to enhance and upgrade solutions based on customer feedback, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain an enterprise application lab environment across multiple geographic locations.
  • Build and manage physical, virtual, and cloud‑based lab network infrastructures.
  • Maintain an up‑to-date inventory of all software, hardware, and third‑party integration components.
  • Develop a dynamic dashboard to monitor location, health status, performance, and inventory of all lab environment components.
  • Collaborate with the internal cybersecurity team to implement, harden, and validate all application components and solutions to ensure compliance with security standards.
