The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for an Application Development Manager at our office located in Dallas, TX. The Application Development Manager manages a team of experienced individual contributors. Plans and sets day-to-day operational objectives and strategic priorities and schedules across own team and vendors. Delegates tasks to achieve operational targets and revenue targets based on predetermined services and standards. Budget accountability and manages day-to-day elements of the budget (overtime for contractors, expense monitoring, etc.). Manages exempt and non-exempt staff. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause revenue loss and delays in schedules.
