This program provides comprehensive support and guidance to enhance company knowledge, integrate into the company culture, and develop key connections, all in an effort to align graduating students with potential career opportunities. Job Purpose: This role is designed to provide hands-on experience to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards of the organization, allowing an opportunity for individuals to apply what they have learned in a classroom environment while gaining new skills in a dynamic professional setting. Specific activities will vary by department.

Requirements

  • Working towards an associate’s degree or higher.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of application development life cycles, object-oriented designs and development, and agile methodology.
  • Experience with any of the following is helpful: C#, JavaScript, Web API’s, .NET Core, Azure Cloud, or Cloud experience, familiar with infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

  • Under guidance from more senior team members, develop, test, implement, document, and maintain business systems solutions adhering to established methodology and practices, and in accordance with project plans.
  • Communicate with the customer and/or representative, providing information, options, and taking the necessary action as needed.
  • Conduct research on projects/files that require in-depth study and analysis.
  • Gather and organize data for reports/projects.
  • Compose correspondence and emails.
  • Prepare written reports/projects.
  • Resolve problems and/or issues.
  • Attend and participate in meetings and team discussions.
