Application Developer Retirees of the Texas Teachers Retirement System (TRS) may apply. Primary Purpose: Performs routine and basic computer programming work, including the ability to read and understand simple database objects. Work involves analyzing system outlines to develop programs for computer applications; preparing and developing solution programs; documenting methods and procedures used in program development; and testing, correcting, and revising programs. Works under general supervision.
