About The Position

At Intelliforce, we deliver mission-driven capabilities that directly support national security operations. As an Application Developer Level 3 on this team, you will serve as an embedded CNO software engineer developing capabilities that operators depend on in real time. You will design, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions for emerging mission needs, working side by side with analysts, operators, and technical experts. This environment moves fast, priorities shift quickly, and your work will have immediate operational impact. Schedule and Work Details Location: R&E Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (required) Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen NSYS: Required Here's What Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like You start the day collaborating with analysts and operators to understand evolving mission needs and technical gaps. From there, you may dive into reverse engineering a target system, prototype a new capability, or enhance an existing toolset to improve operational effectiveness. You will iterate quickly, validate solutions against real constraints, and deliver deployable tools that perform in mission environments. Throughout the day, you will coordinate with leadership and teammates, provide support for fielded capabilities, and continuously adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field plus 12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree plus 10 years of relevant experience OR Additional four years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience developing CNO-specific software for Linux, Windows, or embedded environments
  • Expert-level reverse engineering experience, including use of tools such as Ghidra
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Rust, and Go
  • Experience supporting operational or fielded software systems
  • Deep experience in vulnerability research and exploit development
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
  • Experience working with production CNO capabilities and operations
  • Familiarity with Git and Subversion version control systems
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to derive requirements, build prototypes, and deliver deployable solutions within mission constraints
  • Strong collaboration skills and willingness to learn new technologies rapidly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, Go, Bash, Assembly (x86/x64), PowerShell, Perl, or C#
  • Cryptologic development experience
  • Prior experience working directly with mission leadership or stakeholders
