Job Description We’re seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong passion for software development to join our Application Delivery Internship Program. IAT Insurance Group has multiple openings for Full Stack Developer interns in our Naperville, IL or Milwaukee, WI locations. The anticipated start date for this internship is May 26th, 2026. Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday. Interns will gain hands-on experience working across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to AI initiatives that support our technology goals. This opportunity is ideal for students who have: Completed software development projects Exposure to AI concepts and tools A drive to solve real-world problems through technology Strong collaboration and debugging skills

Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Strong Communication skills both with Technical and non-technical resources.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • To qualify, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced software developers as part of a high-energy development team.
  • Think creatively and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Contribute to real-world tasks including designing, coding, testing, documenting, and supporting software products—mirroring the responsibilities of a full-time developer.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support project goals and team success.
