Key Responsibilities: As a Custom Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Oracle Applications PLSQL is required. Advanced proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Financial Processes, Financial Accounting, Oracle EBS General Ledger, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus is suggested. Lead the design and implementation of innovative application architectures that meet business requirements. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders. Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve application performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom applications. Locations: Hybrid - 3 days/weekly (60%) onsite - NYC or Jersey City Requirement: 5 days away mandate per quarter

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in system analysis , software design and development
Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle application Development , Strong Oracle SQL , PLSQL , Exadata Database and ETL process development experience
Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle Financials in a corporate environment
High School Diploma or GED
Expert proficiency in Oracle Applications PLSQL is required.

Nice To Haves

Advanced proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials is recommended.
Advanced proficiency in Financial Processes, Financial Accounting, Oracle EBS General Ledger, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus is suggested.
Experience in Oracle ERP, Cloud Fusion, BIP
Hands on experience in Implementing supporting Oracle BIP OBIEE
Prior experience in ETL, large relational Database
Experience in Data analysis and reporting
Unix Shell scripting
Knowledge on Batch processing tools like Autosys
Working experience on version control tools like GIT
