This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Active certification in Epic Ambulatory required
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.
- Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others
Nice To Haves
- Epic Beacon certification preferred, certification required to be obtained after starting in role (MSK will sponsor)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, and notes
- Assist with answering tickets in EPIC work ques
- Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.
- Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.
- Assist with work ques within EPIC
