Do you currently work for an appliance repair company that focuses more on selling service contracts and accessories and less on repairing appliances? Do you feel your performance is measured more by sales than by service? Join the Diamond Team and you will be measured on your ability to service appliances , not by your selling ability ! We focus on taking care of the customer and getting their appliance fixed. We don’t sell service contracts and we don’t push accessories on a customer! Company information: At Diamond Factory Service, you’ll be more than “just an employee.” Your role as an Appliance Repair Technician is highly valued within our company. We do everything we can to make sure you are given the tools and resources you need to satisfy our customers. We’ve been in business for over 30 years focusing primarily on Whirlpool brands as an authorized service company. As an appliance repair technician, you’ll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words, you’ll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances, portable appliances, mechanical work, as well as electrical work. You’ll deal with more than just appliances, though, as a repair technician, you’ll have to deal with people, too. Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude, have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, work adeptly with repair tools, be okay with lifting heavy machinery, and of course, be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
