We are hiring an Appliance Repair Technician in the Kansas City area and welcome both apprentice level and experienced technicians . Kansas City is our newest branch, which means there is real opportunity to grow alongside the location and help shape what it becomes. Hiring Incentive for Experienced Technicians We are offering a signing bonus of up to $5,000 , paid after 90 days, based on experience. $2,500 for experienced technicians without sealed system experience $5,000 for technicians competent in sealed system repairs Be a Hero. Get Paid Like One. This role is structured as hourly pay plus bonuses, commissions, and incentives , with real upside for technicians who take pride in their work. Base pay: $20 per hour Bonus and commission opportunities Expected annual earnings range: $66,000 – $104,000 Apprentices typically earn around $60,000 in their first year Experienced technicians typically earn around $80,000 in their first year Top performing sealed system technicians earn over $100,000 annually As your skills grow, so does your earning potential.
