Role overview We’re looking for an Apple Search Ads Specialist to fully own user acquisition in the App Store for our iOS real estate product. You’ll manage the entire channel end-to-end - from keyword research to campaign optimization and revenue impact. This role exists to turn Apple Search Ads into a predictable and scalable acquisition channel within a limited budget.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Apple Search Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record working with small budgets (under $5K/month) and delivering measurable results
  • Strong understanding of App Store search behavior, keyword strategy, and bidding mechanics
  • Experience structuring campaigns by audience segments and intent levels
  • Full-funnel analytical mindset, connecting ad spend to revenue and downstream metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and modeling
  • Understanding of iOS attribution (AdServices, SKAdNetwork)
  • English B2+ for daily communication, reporting, and working with US market data

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate, proptech, or similar verticals
  • ASO experience, including keyword optimization and conversion improvements
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like SplitMetrics or StoreMaven
  • Familiarity with Apple Search Ads API or third-party tools (SearchAds.com, SplitMetrics Acquire)
  • Experience with mobile analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch

Responsibilities

  • Audit App Store presence and identify high-value keyword opportunities across target audiences
  • Build and launch structured Apple Search Ads campaigns (discovery, brand, competitor, generic)
  • Manage bidding strategy and budget allocation to maximize ROAS within a constrained budget
  • Optimize campaigns continuously based on performance data, scaling effective keywords and cutting inefficiencies
  • Run A/B tests on Custom Product Pages, creatives, and ad variations to improve conversion rates
  • Track full-funnel performance from impressions to paid users and optimize toward revenue, not just installs
  • Collaborate with design and product teams on creatives, ASO improvements, and attribution setup
