About The Position

The Apple Sales Representative II is a senior, quota-carrying sales professional responsible for driving regional revenue, generating new business, and providing day-to-day leadership for a small sales team (2 or more direct reports). This is a player-leader role. You are expected to close strategic opportunities, generate your own pipeline, and ensure team members consistently hit quota. Performance is measured by revenue, margin, pipeline strength, and forecast accuracy. This role requires sales discipline, structured prospecting, and consistent overachievement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Apple or technology sales
  • Proven ability to generate new business independently
  • Demonstrated quota attainment history
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales professionals
  • Strong prospecting discipline and closing ability
  • CRM and pipeline management expertise

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional revenue targets ($5M–$15M+ annually, territory dependent)
  • Carry and close a personal sales quota ($2M+ annually)
  • Close high-value enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting
  • Develop target account lists and vertical strategies
  • Maintain minimum 3x pipeline coverage at all times
  • Conduct consistent outbound outreach (calls, email, networking, referrals)
  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities
  • Coach and hold 2+ sales representatives accountable to quota
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting sessions
  • Ensure disciplined CRM usage and deal tracking
  • Structure deals to protect and maximize gross margin
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement on Apple programs
  • Maintain forecast accuracy within ±10%
