About The Position

The Wallet, Payments and Commerce (WPC) team is seeking an Apple Pay eCommerce Merchant Specialist to drive Apple Pay acceptance and enable best-in-class integration on digital channels (Web and App) for e-Commerce merchants. This role involves inspiring merchants to transform their eCommerce experiences using Apple's iOS platform and payment features. It is a highly cross-functional position that requires building rapport and engaging collaboratively with external partners (merchants & strategic partners) and internal WPC teams, including Business Development, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills via various modes of communications (email, phone, or in person)
• Exceptional ability to navigate and collaborate within large complex organizations
• Self-driven, and motivated professional with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay focused with minimal supervision
• Results orientated with ability to provide continued momentum and focus throughout short, medium and long sales cycles
• Proven results in a quota-carrying role, with experience in pipeline management, and sales forecasting
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to manage through ambiguities with attention to details
• High English proficiency required (reading, writing and speaking)
• Bachelor degree or 3-5 years of sales or business development experience

Responsibilities

• Initiate and actively engage with potential e-Commerce merchants to drive Apple Pay acceptance
• Enable a best-in-class integration of Apple Pay on merchants' digital Channels (Web and App)
• Build rapport through collaborative and engaging communication with external partners (merchants & strategic partners)
• Collaborate with internal partners within the WPC organization (Business Development, Product and Operations teams)
