About The Position

As an Appian EPM Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing enterprise process management solutions using Appian. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Process Management team and work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Appian architecture and development, including Appian SAIL, BPM, and integration components.
Strong understanding of enterprise process management principles and best practices.
Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Appian applications.
Experience with Appian plug-ins, APIs, and integration with external systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

Appian Level 2 or Level 3 certification.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for Appian deployments.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Appian applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of Appian-based EPM solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical standards and best practices for Appian implementations.
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Appian applications across enterprise environments.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Appian platform capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending enhancements.
