Requirements

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona (or eligible for licensure)
• Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not accepted)
• Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain before start date)
• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sleep medicine is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and sleep-focused evaluations.
• Interpret sleep studies such as polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests to inform clinical decisions.
