About The Position

We currently opportunities for a NP or PA to support our clinic! You will be based out of our Raymond Clinic but may float to others depending on need Schedule - 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts with the opportunity for evenings. Requirements

• Education Nurse Practitioner: RN, BSN, MSN, FNP
• Physician Assistant: BS Degree, Successful completion of an ARC-PA accredited training program.
• Licensure / Certification Full Circle Health medical team members must have the ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged.
• Unrestricted / unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho.
• Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses.
• Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third-party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
• Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace.
• We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment.
• Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
