About The Position

Staff reception area and answer and direct phone calls, greet clients and file incoming mail Support areas of the agency through: typing, filing, ordering and organizing supplies, etc. Additional administrative duties may be required such as developing correspondence, excel databases or updating of databases and spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone rapport
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of funding, personnel and client information according to APNH’s standard operating procedure manual.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Applicants must have between 6-8 hours availability per week during the agencies operational hours for this position.
  • This position is off campus and requires a reliable form of transportation to get to and from work
