Summary: The Palliative Care Advanced Practice Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patients for palliative care interventions, taking into consideration the special needs and behaviors of the specific age of the patient population.
Requirements
- Currently licensed in the state of Illinois as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- Masters Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years clinical experience.

- Palliative care experience preferred.
