About The Position

APM Consultant: Implement and upgrade systems by gathering and documenting business requirements and designs. Create test plans, perform complex configurations, and make design decisions using SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management (APM). Participate in the complete project life cycle on multiple engagements using methodology tools in order to select and implement sales performance management, analytics, and related technologies for clients. Develop complex QB queries for reports and create custom cards, grids, and entities. Design relational databases and write SQL queries for specific client requirements. Draft requirements documents and participate in joint system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Assess project timelines and work with client on issues of scope and expansion. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field
• 1 year of experience
• 1 year must include experience with Java, SQL, ServiceNow, SAP Advanced Workflow, and either SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management (APM) or SAP Agent Lifecycle Management.
