Requirements

• 2+ years of apartment, residential, or property maintenance experience
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair
• HVAC experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic technology
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnovers (painting, drywall, caulking, fixtures)
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Install and repair appliances as needed
• Maintain clean and safe grounds and common areas
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately
• Work closely with the Service Supervisor and maintenance team
