It offers two swimming pools and an on-site fitness center, with additional nearby fitness and wellness destinations such as The Courses at Watters Creek, Oak Point Park, the Nature Preserve, and Russell Creek Park. Interior renovations include granite countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring. What You'll Do as an Apartment Property Manager: We're looking for an experienced Apartment Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and knows how to lead a team to success. In this role, you will:

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience (including supervising onsite staff)
  • Stable work history
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities
  • Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong time-management and stress-management skills
  • Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
  • Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for a 261-unit conventional community
  • Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members
  • Report key performance metrics, including financials, occupancy, and upcoming lease expirations
  • Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses
  • Drive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies
  • Address resident concerns, disputes, and community issues with professionalism
  • Conduct routine property and unit inspections
  • Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards
