Our locally renowned Property Management company is searching for a Full Time experienced OnSite Apartment Manager to join our team. The wage scale for the on site manager position is $31.00–$50.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. While the full scale reflects long-term earning potential in this role, the expected starting range for a new hire is $31.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills. Comprehensive Benefits: As a full-time member of our team, you'll gain access to our Medical and Dental Plan, effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Plus, we contribute $650.00 towards your medical benefits monthly, reducing your healthcare expenses. Time for You: We understand the importance of work-life balance. That's why we offer 120 hours of PTO for 40 hour per week full-time employees in their first year. PTO will be prorated based on hours worked.
