About The Position

Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Eli Winter Springs. This full-time position is well-suited for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and values maintaining a well-run residential community. In this role, you will support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property, helping ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to call home. You'll handle service requests, assist with apartment turns, and complete a variety of repairs throughout the community. This is a position for someone who can troubleshoot effectively, work independently, and contribute positively to the team. Pay: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience Providence Real Estate offers a competitive compensation package along with benefits designed to support your well-being and long-term financial security. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for diagnosing and completing a range of maintenance repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general upkeep. You'll prepare apartments for new residents, complete service requests efficiently, and help maintain the overall appearance and condition of the community, including common areas and preventative maintenance schedules. You'll also participate in a rotating on-call schedule and communicate professionally with residents and team members. Your attention to detail and commitment to timely, quality work will play an important role in maintaining resident satisfaction and the overall reputation of the property. Schedule This position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays and participation in a rotating on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a wide range of maintenance responsibilities. Candidates should have at least two years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, along with strong troubleshooting and repair skills. HVAC certification is required. The right individual will be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and take ownership of their responsibilities while supporting the broader team. Requirements
