About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Memphis, Tennessee. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed Responsibilities include: HVAC and appliance installation and repair Plumbing and electrical repair Lock installation, repair, and re-keying Preventive maintenance Make-ready Daily documentation of work performed Following company and OSHA safety policies

Requirements

• MUST HAVE HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
• General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
• Ability to complete required documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
