About The Position
We’re hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day upkeep of our multifamily communities. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, works well with their hands, and can handle a variety of maintenance needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or related field
- Working knowledge of basic systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize workload
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs efficiently
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, and appliances
- Prepare units for new residents (turnovers/make-readies)
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Identify issues and resolve them quickly or coordinate with vendors when needed
- Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
