Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks Full Time - Year Round work. What we are offering: $22- $24/HR Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year! On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call. $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Qualifications : 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!) HVAC experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to help with on call and with snow removal This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
