Requirements
- Position requires at least 1-year experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
Nice To Haves
- NAA Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, stairs, gates, flooring, lighting, locks, ceilings, walls, and pool areas.
- Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs, assist staff to meet deadlines, and report major repairs and supply needs while adhering to budget.
- Move heavy appliances/equipment as needed.
- Maintain clean grounds by raking, sweeping, shoveling, power washing, and picking up trash and pet waste.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
