Check out our beautiful 437 unit property at: www.thearborsateastland.com Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm and on-call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks. Requirements

1+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance
A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal (electric)
A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.

Nice To Haves

Previous HVAC experience/ certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make ready / turning units in between tenants
Painting/staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior maintenance as needed
Assisting with maintaining the grounds (trash pick-up/dumpsters)
Snow removal (when needed)
Pool maintenance (when needed)
