WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame. Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management. Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor. Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
  • Must be able to participate in the emergency on-call rotation as needed.
  • Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.
  • Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
  • Strong belief in the value of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Reliable and committed to doing the right thing at all times.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Personal standards of appearance and dress compatible with the Company’s standards.
