Requirements
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience
- Experience with: Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
- Water heaters (gas & electric)
- Drywall repair and painting
- A hands-on demonstration of basic job duties will be required during the interview.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders based on priority
- Make-ready units for new residents
- Interior/exterior painting and light carpentry
- Assist with HVAC , plumbing , and electrical repairs
- Maintain grounds and property cleanliness
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Keep maintenance shop clean and organized
- Rotate on-call responsibilities with team (on-call bonus eligible)
