About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chapel Ridge apartment community in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This is a Conventional/Tax Credit property with 160 units. This position will pay up to $21.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. Requirements
