We have a fantastic Maintenance Technician opportunity available at our Summit on the Lake Apartments in Fort Worth, TX ! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks Location: Summit on the Lake Apartments 6555 Shady Oaks Manor Drive Fort Worth, TX 76135

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year experience in the maintenance field required
Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
Light plumbing and electrical experience
HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification preferred
CPO Certification preferred
Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Assist in property grounds maintenance
Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
