Requirements
- 3+ years of general maintenance experience
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- Skilled in: Drywall, Carpentry, Painting Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.) Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting) Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher) Water Heater (gas & electric)
- A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
Nice To Haves
- EPA License (Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Handle daily work orders based on priority
- Make-Readies & Unit Turns
- Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining
- HVAC & Ventilation Tasks
- Grounds Maintenance
- Preventative Maintenance
- Keep work areas neat and organized
- Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation
