Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)
- Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team
- Hands-On Skills in: Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
- Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.)
- Water heater repair (gas and electric)
- A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.

Responsibilities
